Glen Canyon: A River Guide Remembers opens on Friday, May 4, 2018 with a special opening-night party. All are welcome, but tickets are required as capacity is limited.
From 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., join us and be the first to view the exhibit at the John Wesley Powell River History Museum in Green River, Utah. Also, visit with the entire exhibit team! On site will be its dreamers and schemers, designers and subject-matter experts, partners and sponsors, supporting museum staff, and many others. Simple refreshments will be provided.
From 7:00 p.m. and onward, we’re moving the after-opening party down the street to Ray’s Tavern in Green River, Utah. Everyone’s invited to enjoy live music provided by The Susan Bush Band along with some roasting, toasting, and, of course, general merriment! Food and drink will be available at your own cost.
If you’re considering staying the night in Green River, we recommend you book your hotel room, as May is high tourist season in the high desert!
If you’d like to alternately purchase tickets by mail, send a check for $10 per ticket to:
